MySQLハッシュ関数の実装

私はもともと、2つのMySQLパスワードハッシュ関数のPHP実装を探していたときに、この質問に出くわしました。実装が見つからなかったため、MySQLソースコード（sql / password.c）から独自の実装を採用しました。以下は、PHP 5.2でテストされ、動作しています。
