「SQLServer認証」を使用して接続しようとしている場合は、サーバー認証を変更することをお勧めします。
オブジェクトエクスプローラーのMicrosoftSQLServer Management Studio内：

サーバーを右クリックして、[
Properties]をクリックします -
Securityに移動します ページ -
Server authenticationの下SQL Server and Windows Authentication modeを選択します ラジオボタン -
OKをクリックします -
SQLサービスを再起動します
