これを変更します：

  return client.query(q[0], q[1])
})

for await (const oneResult of queries) {
  allResults.push(oneResult)
}

宛先：

for(const q of rawQueries) {
   let result = await client.query(q[0], q[1]);
   allResults.push(result);
});
